Terms & Conditions


At the stage of booking your holiday a non-refundable deposit of £200.00 will be chargeable. We would kindly ask you to note that we are only able to hold dates for 7 days at which point on the 8th day the dates will become available again, so please ensure your deposit is received within this time to avoid any disappointment. 

The balance of the holiday, along with a £150 refundable damage waiver is payable 6 weeks before the commencement of your holiday. The damage waiver will be refunded within 3 weeks after your departure, upon a satisfactory report from the cleaner. This will be returned by bank transfer and is set in place to cover any damage. 

Unfortunately no pets are allowed -

You can check in anytime from 3pm on the first day of your holiday. Departure time to be no later than 10am. Instructions for keys will be provided upon booking. Lost keys will be charged for at £150.00 per set and would result in the loss of the damage waiver.

The accommodation may only be used by the persons listed on the booking form, which must be signed by the hirer, who will be responsible for the entire party.

We do accept young, single or all male / all female bookings but we do request that you are considerate and respectful to all other holiday makers around you as this is a family park.

The accommodation must be left clean and tidy, as you will have found it. On taking over the accommodation please read through the information holder and check that everything is there. If there is anything missing please report it to us straight away by email to admin@reddiamondsolutions.co.uk

Should the accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.

If, in the opinion of ourselves or the park manager, any party is guilty of unruly or prejudicial conduct towards the wellbeing of other holiday makers, we or the park manager may re-take possession of the accommodation immediately, without compensation to the party. The damage waiver will also not be returned and the party will be unable to make any future bookings with us.

If you have to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing within 7 days of the booking. In the event of cancellation, the following charges will apply;

55-29 days                     50% of the total cost

28 days or less              100% of the total cost

We do not accept liability for injury, loss or damage, suffered by your or any member of your party. 

We strongly recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance to cover accidents, losses, cancellations etc. These policies are available at reasonable costs from most insurers.
